The BLUEPRINT is a progressive 12 week program specialising in fat loss, increasing muscle mass and definition, upping strength, increased fitness levels, and most importantly it will help to improve overall habits which you'll carry forward long term. The unique structure of the plan, because it is personal to you, is what makes the plan a success, and therefore worth investing your time, energy and sweat in. The workouts are designed to challenge the body in a variety of ways from all the training experience I have tried and tested over the years myself. There is no stone left unturned. This will allow you to achieve results you can be proud of in this 12 week time frame.
